Credit Card Policy

We add a 3% processing fee for all transactions with a credit card

Cleaning Fee Policy

Tables and chairs are to be returned in the same level of cleanliness as they were dropped off. If upon pickup, the tables & chairs are excessively dirty with mud, dirt, or garbage, on the items, a cleaning fee of $2 per chairs and $5 per table will be charged to the client

Damage Waiver Policy

The damage waiver covers minor scuff and “wear and tear” to the items.

It does not protect the client whatsoever to water damage, or damage by the elements, in the event that the client leaves the rental items exposed.

As discussed, tables and chairs are not to be exposed to the rain or destructive elements at any time. Blatant disrespect of rental items will result in hefty charges levied at the client.

Water damage that ruins the surface of a folding table or chair will result in an immediate charge to the clients cc for new folding tables and chairs. Tables on avg are $150-$200 per table. Chairs are $15-$35 per chair

Intentional Damage to any items (broken items, deep gouges, paint, cuts, etc) are not covered by the damage waiver and will result in immediate charges to the clients, for replacement rental items

Tent Policy

Tents are not to be adjusted after they are set professionally. Only the 10x10 canopies can be moved by the client.

No children under 6 years of age can be under the tent without a chaperone.

WATER BARRELS - If we are using water barrels, it will be up to the client to provide a water hose and a source of water (on site). This hose will need to provide adequate water pressure to fill the barrels in a timely manner or extra fees will apply.

If a water source is not provided, and there is no spaces to stake the tents, then Greenbelt Event Rentals will not be able to set up the tents, due to safety hazards.

Customer Responsibility Policy

As a customer of our event rental company, it is your responsibility to thoroughly survey the property where you plan to set up the tent for your event. This includes identifying any potential hazards or obstacles that may impact the placement of the tent, such as trees, rocks, or uneven ground.

Furthermore, you are solely responsible for flagging the ground where any water and electric lines are located. This ensures that our team can safely install the tent without damaging any underground utilities.

By renting from our company, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of failure to properly survey the property or properly flagging the ground for water and electric lines. Our company will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur due to failure to comply with this policy.

Heater Unit Policies:

Under NO circumstance do we allow open flame propane heaters under, or within 5 feet, of any of our tents. This will damage the vinyl tops.

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an immediate charge for a replacement canopy top for the damaged tent of $1300 USD the day of removal.

Small table ceramic heaters are allowed to be used if the clients wish to supply their own heaters.

Tower Propane heaters can not be closer than 5 feet to the tents.

Refund & Deposit Policy

At Greenbelt Event Rentals LLC, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your rental reservation. This refund policy outlines our refund procedures and conditions.

Deposit and Credit Refund Policy

Deposit: 50% of the deposit will be required to reserve your items for your event.

The remainder must be due 2 weeks before the event, or the delivery will not be upheld on our part.

If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded in any instance. We will provide rental credit for the customer instead

Agreement to Credit Refund Policy: Upon submitting the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by our credit refund policy in the event of a party cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the party, they can do so while adhering to the following terms:

If the event is canceled or the items are no longer needed (as per the client), within 30 days of the event, there will be no refund of the initial deposit. If the client cancels the agreement the week of the event, the full rental cost will not be refunded under any circumstance.

If the client cancels the event, day of, the full deposit and remainder will be due by the client, to Greenbelt Event Rentals

No issue will be refunded whatsoever

Greenbelt Event Rentals will instead offer rental credit for an event in the future of the clients choosing.

  1. Cancellation: If the client cancels the party, the deposit can be converted into a credit that can be used for any future booking.

  2. Rescheduling: In case the client decides to reschedule the party, the deposit can be transferred to the new date, subject to availability.

Credit Usage: The credited amount can be applied towards any future party booking. The client has the flexibility to select a new date that suits their needs.

Initiating Credit Refund: To initiate a credit refund due to cancellation or rescheduling, the client must inform us as soon as the decision is made. This can be done by contacting our customer service via email or phone.

Credit Validity: The credited amount holds its value indefinitely and can be utilized for any party booking within our service availability period.

Non-Transferable: The credited amount is non-transferable and can only be used by the client who made the original deposit.

Exceptions: It's important to note that this credit refund policy only applies to cancellations or rescheduling initiated by the client. It does not apply to changes made by Greenbelt Event Rentals LLC due to unforeseen circumstances.
