We charge for a subfloor if used on grass/dirt/gravel/ some turf. We also charge for extra damages if placed in a gravel/ dirt area as well.

Where can a dance floor go?
Almost anywhere. Indoors, our floors define the dancing area and protect the venue's flooring. Outdoors, a rented dance floor is essential — dancing on grass means twisted ankles, sunken heels, and grass stains. For grass, dirt, gravel, and some turf installations, we build a subfloor underneath (additional charge) to create a level, stable surface. Note that gravel and dirt sites may carry an additional damage charge, which we'll always disclose in your quote.

Is installation included with dance floor rentals?
Yes — our pricing includes the dance floor and professional installation. Delivery and pickup are quoted separately based on your location.
Can you install a dance floor on grass?
Yes. We install a leveled subfloor beneath the dance floor for grass, dirt, gravel, and some turf surfaces (additional charge applies) so the floor stays flat and stable.
What size dance floor do I need for 100 guests?
For a typical 100-guest wedding or party, a floor in the 12x15 to 15x15 range is the sweet spot — enough room for 30–40 people dancing at once without looking empty between songs.

Does the dance floor work with your tent rentals?
Perfectly — it's one of our most popular pairings. A 30x40 or larger frame tent has open, pole-free floor space that fits a dance floor plus dining tables. Add bistro string lighting overhead and you've got a dance floor guests won't want to leave.
