How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Austin? For spring (March–May) and fall (October–November) weekends — peak event season in Central Texas — we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead. Tents sell out quickly during wedding and graduation season. For off-peak dates, 2–3 weeks is usually enough, but earlier is always safer.
Can you set up a tent on my driveway or a parking lot? Yes. Our frame tents can be installed on concrete or asphalt using weights instead of stakes. Let us know your surface when you request a quote so we can plan the right anchoring.
What happens if it rains — or doesn't? That's the beauty of a tent: it works both ways, providing shade on a 100-degree Austin afternoon and cover during a spring shower. Many clients book a tent as a rain contingency and end up glad they had the shade regardless.
Do your tents come with lighting, tables, and chairs? They can! Our 40, 60, and 80 guest tent packages bundle a tent with round tables, folding chairs, and serving tables at a package discount. Lighting, linens, sidewalls, fans, and dance floors can be added to any rental.
